Why people call
Built for the business
We start with what you do, where you do it, and who you employ. A personal auto policy is the wrong tool for a work truck.
Seven lines, one office
General liability, commercial property, workers’ compensation, commercial auto, a business owners policy, professional liability, and cyber.
A local callback
You get Javier in Palm Bay, not a rotating call center. Certificates of insurance are a normal request. Ask.
What it covers
Use the cards below for the line that matches the job. General liability is for injury or damage you cause to someone else. Commercial property is for the building and the business property you schedule. Workers’ compensation is for employees hurt on the job. Commercial auto is for vehicles used in the business. Professional liability, also called errors and omissions, is for a client’s financial loss tied to your service. A business owners policy packages property and liability for many small firms. Cyber responds to certain data and computer events.
None of these is a substitute for the others. A business owners policy does not replace workers’ compensation or commercial auto. General liability does not pay a professional mistake or a ransomware demand.
Who needs it
Shops, contractors, offices, and other firms in Palm Bay, Melbourne, and the rest of Brevard County. A lease, a general contractor, or a client may ask for a certificate before you start. A home-based business can still need a commercial form if clients visit, you store stock, or you use a vehicle for work.
Have your license type, payroll, and current policy ready if you have them. Call or text (321) 429-1182, or choose Commercial on the quote form if you are not sure which line fits. We do not publish sample premiums.
A free quote is not a policy. Nothing on this page is a binder of coverage.

Questions people ask
Is this the same as personal insurance?
No. Personal insurance is home, auto, and renters for you and your family. Commercial insurance is for the business. A landlord policy for a rental house you own is on the landlord page, not this one, unless the property is part of a larger business schedule.
Do I need general liability or a business owners policy?
General liability is the injury-and-damage coverage many contracts ask for. A business owners policy packages liability with property for some types of firms. Contractors and some other classes need a different form. We match the form to the work.
Do you give tax or retirement advice?
No. We quote insurance. We do not give tax advice or sell ourselves as a consulting firm for retirement planning.
Can you issue a certificate of insurance?
If the carrier writes the policy, a certificate is a normal request from a landlord or a general contractor. Ask when you call. Additional-insured wording has to match what the carrier will actually add.
How much does a business policy cost?
It depends on the work you do, your receipts or payroll, your location, and your claims history. We do not publish a sample premium. You get a free quote for your business before you bind coverage.
I work from home. Is a homeowners policy enough?
Often no. A homeowners policy can exclude business activity. Tell us if clients visit, if you store inventory, or if you have a separate business location. We will say if you need a commercial form.
Do you quote commercial auto?
Yes, for vehicles used in the business. Personal auto is the wrong place for a truck that hauls tools or makes deliveries. Bring the vehicle list and who drives.
What if I use subcontractors?
Tell us. A general contractor’s application asks about subs, and their insurance can affect yours. We do not assume a sub’s policy covers your job. Bring certificates they gave you if you have them.
