Why people call
Exam, lenses, frames
That is the usual shape of a vision plan. The allowance and how often you can use it are in the contract, not on this page.
Medical eye care is separate
Glaucoma, cataracts, and other medical eye problems may already sit in your health or Medicare plan. A vision plan does not replace that.

We do not publish prices. Age, ZIP code, and the plan level change the quote.
What a vision plan usually is
You pick an in-network provider for an exam and materials. Plans often limit how often you can get new lenses or frames, commonly once every 12 or 24 months. Your plan may differ. Contacts may share the frame allowance or have their own. We read that line.
LASIK and other surgery are often excluded or discounted rather than covered as a full benefit. We will not tell you a vision plan pays for surgery unless the contract says so.
If you already have vision help inside a health plan or a Medicare Advantage plan, we look at that before we add a second policy. Call or text (321) 429-1182.
A consultation with this office is free. Nothing on this page is a binder of coverage.
Questions people ask
Does vision insurance cover an eye exam?
A routine exam is the usual benefit, often once a year. A medical exam for an eye disease can bill to your health or Medicare plan instead. We will not call every visit a vision-plan visit.
How often can I get new glasses?
The policy sets the frequency. Many plans allow lenses and a frame on a 12-month cycle. Some use 24 months. We show you the cycle on the quote instead of assuming it.
Are contacts covered the same as glasses?
Not always. Contacts may use the same allowance as a frame, or a different one. A fitting fee may be extra. Bring the kind of contacts you wear if you already have them.
Will it pay for LASIK?
Usually it does not pay the surgery in full. Some plans offer a discount. We will say what the quote actually includes and will not describe a discount as coverage.
Can my child be on the plan?
Often yes. Tell us the ages. Pediatric vision can also be part of a Marketplace health plan. We will say if you already have that benefit so you do not buy it twice.
I have Medicare. Do I need this?
Original Medicare generally does not pay for routine eyeglasses. Some Advantage plans include vision. We will not quote a dollar allowance for that extra on this page. A standalone vision policy is optional and separate.
Do you publish premiums?
No. We quote from your ZIP code and who needs coverage. A consultation with this office is free.
What should I bring?
The eye doctor or retail shop you want to use, who needs coverage, and whether you wear glasses, contacts, or both. The network check matters more than a brand name.
