Why people call

  • Five types, one office

Term, whole life, universal life, final expense, and accidental death. We start with the job the policy has to do.

  • Local office

Meet in Palm Bay, by phone, or by video. Hablo español.

  • No fee to ask

The quote conversation is free. You decide whether to apply. Approval is up to the carrier.

Start with the job, not the product name

Some people need a large amount of coverage for a set number of years, often while a mortgage or children depend on their income. Some want a policy meant to stay in force for life. Some want a smaller policy toward funeral costs. Some only want coverage if the death is accidental. Those are different contracts.

Call or text (321) 429-1182, or send the quote form and choose Life if you are not sure which type fits. Say who the policy is for and the ZIP code. Dates of birth can wait for the call.

Javier Garcia Insurance is the brand of Javier Consulting Services, an independent broker. We shop carriers so you can see options. We do not pressure you to buy, and we do not promise that a carrier will approve the application.

A free quote is not a policy. Nothing on this page is a binder of coverage.

Questions people ask

Which type should I ask about first?

Tell us who relies on the income, for how long, and whether you want coverage that can last past a set year. If you only know the goal, start on this page and we will point you to term, whole, universal, final expense, or accidental death after we hear it.

Is a life quote free?

Yes. Talking with this office is free. If you later buy a policy, the insurance company pays the commission. You do not add a broker fee on top.

Will you promise the lowest price?

No. Two policies with the same death benefit can differ in how long the price stays level, what happens if you stop paying, and whether the carrier will accept your health history. We compare those, then you choose.

Do I need a medical exam?

Sometimes. Some applications use health questions only. Some ask for an exam. We will tell you which one a quote uses before you apply. We will not promise that every person skips the exam.

Can you review a policy I already have?

Yes. Bring the declarations page or the policy summary. We look at the amount, the term or the permanent design, and who the beneficiary is. We will not tell you to replace a policy until you see what you would give up.

Who should be the beneficiary?

The person or people who should receive the money. Use their legal names, and name a backup if you can. We do not give estate or tax advice. If a trust or a divorce order is involved, bring that question to the call.

Do you quote life insurance outside Palm Bay?

The office is in Palm Bay and we serve Brevard County every day. Life applications are based on where you live. Tell us the ZIP code. If a carrier will not write that address, we will say so.

Can we meet in person?

Yes. The office is at 1137 Porter Ave NW in Palm Bay. Phone and video calls work too. Hablo español.
